Payment terms

All payments are required at the time for purchase to expedite any orders.

We accept PayPal, money orders, and cashier checks. We do not accept traveler’s checks. All payments must clear before any items are shipped. Checks returned from your bank as unpaid will incur a $36.00 service charge and a money order will be required for future purchases.

Returns

Your satisfaction is VERY important to us. Please know that all items are carefully packed, inspected and go through quality checks before shipping to our clients.

Only defective products can be returned within 10 days of your shipping date. No refunds are available for defective products. Defective products are returned for REPLACEMENT ONLY. Deviations from this policy may result in a 20% Returns Processing Service Charge.

Opened Products will be charged 15% restocking fee and can only be exchanged for a new one. No refunds are available for opened products.

Defective product must be in original packaging and intact.

Shipping & handling charges are not refundable.

No refunds will be made on items that have been abused by the buyer.

No refunds will be given to items refused by you, at the time of arrival.

Shipping

Deliveries should arrive within the time limit of the shipping option you choose when the item is in stock. Please allow additional 7-10 business days when item is out of stock.

International shipping is not offered at this time.

Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery of your item(s). Please allow an additional time for weekend and holidays orders.

We ship use the following services UPS, USPS, or Fedex.
